Low Price Guarantee:
We guarantee to meet or beat any other price on the internet for the same product offer.
Quantities are limited to one purchase per address and cannot be combined with any other
offers such as discount coupons or free shipping promotions. To qualify for low price guarantee
you must contact Valerie@rufaster.com with information regarding model or item number
you like to purchase. You must also be able to provide us with a valid web link to item store front
with the lower price. We will then verify the products availability and price. Any price match must
be within the Redcat Racing MAP pricing rules or the other selling website may be in violation of these
MAP rules and our low price guarantee will not granted. After verification you will then receive
our low price guarantee.

If you find a lower price:
1. When you are placing a new order, simply provide the current web link to the lower advertised
price and competitor's total price information in the comments blank in our request page.
2. After purchasing, email to sales@rufaster.com
The information we need:
1. Current web link to the lower advertised price
2. Their product's number and total price
3. Our product's item code or part #.
You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions:
1. The item must be the identical product, including model, color, packaging, manufacturer, etc and only being offered for resale within the MAP price rules.
2. Comparisons MUST include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price.
3.The prices must be in US dollars.
4. Lower Price Guarantee does not apply to auction-based websites, foreign-based companies, and we do not accept price match for re-manufactured and re-furbished products. We'll check out the web site and once we confirm their price including the shipping and handling fees we will gladly match that price and refund the difference.
Notice: When you visit another store that offers you a lower price for an item, please be
sure to check the shipping rates in order to compare the total cost first. The shipping fee may
be much higher than ours and will be included toward total cost.
