If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within fourteen days of the purchase date can be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. All return items must be kept in there original package and returned in new condition. R u faster does not accept any returns if fuel has been put into the vehicle or if the vehicle has been used in any way. New item returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee after 14 days. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, buyer will also be responsible for any cost occured while shipping items back. Once you have made contact with us and have been issued a RMA number items can then be sent back. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
